On Wednesday morning Pete's parents (aka Opa & Abuelita) came and surprised Ella with a trip to Disneyland for 3 days! Ella & Mateo both have birthdays in November & it's his parents 33rd wedding anniversary!! It was quite the celebration! Ella has not stopped talking about it, and Harper is already planning "her" surprise trip for her birthday:) Can't wait to see pictures from their trip!

Okay, this look is the EXACT look that Harper gives me everyday...10 times a day...so weird!
So since she's become colic the only thing that seams to calm her (besides holding her constantly) is giving her a warm bath...sometimes 3 times a day. I think she is the CLEANEST baby around.
We had such great weather this past week, the girls & I went to the pool. 
Is it just me or is Remi REALLY starting to look like a "mini-Pete"?

The girls & I took Remi to the beach for the very first time today. She was sleeping most of the time but then woke up at the end when I put her toes in the sand. She is becoming much more alert & awake now. She's able to focus on things & is starting to coo. Still no smile yet :( She's still eating every 3 hours, and I'm not sure of her weight gain, but she has outgrown the newborn diapers and is wearing size 3 month clothes. She's also become quite the screamer. I think Pete & I have spoiled her by NEVER putting her down...now she wants to be held CONSTANTLY. If she's not in your arms she screaming!! Hopefully we can work this kink out soon:)

I think Remi has officially joined the "mullet" club. She is almost bald on top with lots of hair in the back and on the sides...great.

By the end of the night their bags were so full of candy they could barley carry it home. Of course I had to go through it all (aka pick out all my favorite candy) to make sure it was all good;) They are already talking about what they are going to be next year. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
