This is one of Harper's X-rays. At the top of the 2 wrist bones you can see how the smooth lines of each bone is cracked. Those are the
fractures. They are on the distal radius & ulna.
Soooooooo she was outside yesterday running down the sidewalk, with her shoes on the wrong feet, and tripped over our neighbors Christmas tree on the
curb....off we go to the ER.
Getting admitted to CHOC hospital...
Super cool bracelet...even has her name on it (she couldn't believe it).
After 4 hours in the ER waiting room, the
x-rays came back confirming the fractures. She left with the splint and will go to the orthopedic
doctor on Tuesday (swelling will be down) to cast it. Poor Harp.
Poor Harp. Hudson drew her a picture of a brachiosaurus that he thinks will make her feel a little bit better.
