Pete was working this weekend in LA. I was able to go stay with him (thanks to the Mamoose & Poppy) for Saturday night. Poppy dropped me off and stayed for a beer :)

Mother's Day...weekend;-)

Started the weekend off by taking my Mom (aka Mamoose) out for lunch in Dana point at Harpoon Henry's. It was great! Beautiful day and great food! Thanks Mom. We love you so much and appreciate everything you do. I am so grateful you are my Mom :)

I definitely had a wonderful Mother's day. The kids were so good and catered to me all day. They are great kids with such big hearts. I am so lucky to be surrounded by such an amazing family!

Mother's Day at Harper's School

Harper had a Mother's Day celebration today at her school. First they sang us a song...

Then they presented us each with a special card and "hand print" book mark (so sweet).

Then we got to make bead necklaces and eat muffins & juice. It was a wonderful morning! Thanks Harper, love u:)

Surgery

Ella had PE (pressure equalization) tubes put in her ears on Monday. She was so excited for the surgery. As they wheeled her away she was cracking up laughing that she had to wear the funny looking socks and cap on her head. She did so great! The doctor said she should have 100% hearing back within 48 hours of the surgery. When she woke up from the anaesthesia she kept asking why everyone was so loud! It was great!


So excited to get such pretty flowers & balloons from the Mamoose & Miss Kara.
